Refund policy


4OEBP is committed to a customer-first philosophy and will handle returns based on specific circumstances to ensure customer satisfaction. Our return policy is detailed below.

1. Return Eligibility
You can submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order.

Final sale items, combined purchases, extras, and gifts are excluded.

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

2. Valid Reasons for Return
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Store Error: Incorrect product or size delivered; defective or damaged product.

Customer Reason: Change of mind or other personal reasons.

3. Return Shipping Costs
Store Responsibility: If you experience any of the following:
Quality Issues: If the item is defective or damaged within 3 months of receipt.

Product Mismatch: If the product received is significantly different from your order.

We (4OEBP) will cover the return shipping costs. Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to personal reasons on the customer's part (e.g., change of mind, ordering the wrong size), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Return Process

Provide clear photos of the product if the return is due to damage or a defect.

We will process your refund request within 2-5 business days after receiving the return package at our warehouse.

5. Refunds
Online Payment: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 15 days for your refund to be processed.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Please provide your bank account details so we can issue your refund. Please allow up to 30 days for the transfer to be completed.

Additional Notes
Only the product price will be refunded; other fees (such as the COD service fee and shipping charges) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. If your order includes a discount, the refund for returned items will only reflect the discounted price.
