Order Processing

• Orders ship within 3–5 business days.
• You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on the way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Domestic: Standard shipping delivers in 2–5 business days.
• Free shipping on orders over 500$.
• Expedited options (if available) are shown at checkout with estimated delivery dates.

Carriers
We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier is chosen based on speed and your location.

Order Changes & Address Updates
If you need to change your address or items, email support@4oebp.com within 2 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best, but we can’t guarantee changes once an order is processed.

Tracking
Tracking numbers activate within 24 hours of pickup. If your tracking hasn’t updated after 48 hours, contact us and we’ll investigate.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO
We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via eligible carriers. Transit times may be longer.

International Shipping (if applicable)

• We ship to select countries. Duties/taxes are set by local customs and are the customer’s responsibility.
• Transit times vary by destination and customs processing.

Delivery Issues

• Delays: Weather or carrier constraints can cause delays. Thanks for your patience.
• Marked Delivered but Not Received: Check with neighbors and your local carrier office. If still missing after 2 business days, email support@4oebp.com
• Damaged Items: Please photograph the packaging and product and email support@4oebp.com within 7 days so we can make it right.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY PAGE

We want you to love your snacks. If something isn’t right, we’ll help.

Eligibility

• Unopened items: Return within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
• Opened food items: For safety reasons, we can’t accept returns once opened. If there’s a quality issue, contact us—we’ll replace or refund.
• Final sale items, gift cards, and promotional freebies are not returnable.

Quality Issues or Damages
Email support@4oebp.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund.

How to Start a Return

1. Email support@4oebp.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll send return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid label.
3. Refunds are issued 3–7 business days after we receive your return.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error or a product issue, we cover shipping.
• For other returns (change of mind), return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
Prefer an exchange? Let us know which item you’d like instead, and we’ll confirm availability.

Gifts
If you received a gift, we can issue a store credit to you once the return is received.

Refund Timing
Once approved, refunds typically appear on your statement within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
